Have been involved in real estate since 1986. Started by rehabbing properties in Roxbury and Dorchester.

Owned and managed multi families since 1986 in Boston. Sold last Boston property in 2005.

Since then I have been involved in several flips. I also own rental housing on Cape Cod and Springfield.

Alan D. Kosinski

Alan D. Kosinski, has been creatively investing in Real Estate for over 27 years.  He is Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, and in the Spring of 2006 changed focus from his former Brokerage firm consisting of over 70 agents to spend more time helping others learn the creative Real Estate business. With over 27 years investing in real Estate, Alan has bought over 800 properties, using various creative methods, without using credit and putting less than $100 down on all but twelve deals!
