I'm Jerry Morgan and most of you know me not only as the facilitator of the South Shore Real Estate Investors Association but as an active real estate investor. I am out there every day building a future for myself and my family.

After several of you heard what I was doing, I was approached and asked if I would share my knowledge with you. I will admit that I was anything but thrilled about teaching. Paying a ton of money to watch me stand in front of everyone for two or three days and read out of a text book, and then telling everyone to get out there and do it themselves just wasn't my cup of tea.

That's when it came to me! Let's skip the text book and get out there with every one and actually do it! I mean really go out and do it! But how? You just can't walk through everything in a weekend. So I decided to create an interactive full scale real estate education class that will go on for approximatly 12 weeks depending on the project.
