Mark has been with Exchange Authority since 2006. Starting as a Marketing Representative, Mark has built and continues to build relationships with tax, legal, real estate and financial advisors, providing them with critical updates to IRC §1031, scheduling educational seminars, and representing the company at various industry tradeshows, conferences and networking events.
As an Exchange Coordinator, Mark covers a wide range of responsibilities for the company. He continues to build relationships with clients and their advisors, helps them understand the tax and legal nuances with exchanges, and works with them to coordinate their 1031 exchanges. Mark has also presented to Accounting, Law, Financial and Real Estate firms throughout New England and has been the key speaker for many Real Estate Investor Groups, Property Owners Associations, and Rental Housing Association events and conferences.
Mark has created a special niche in working with property owners and helping them and their advisors understand the opportunities and options to increase cash-flow, reduce debt-to-equity ratio, diversify their portfolio, minimize occupancy risks, and provide strategies for future considerations.
